As I am sitting here 7 weeks out from my first bikini show. My nerves are bad what was I smoking when I decided to do this.
I have enlisted help of a coach which was first step although I was eating good before and working out consistently my body was still not in the shape it is in today it was average in my opinion.

It has been an eye opener how much of a slave I am to food. This is first time in my life to be on a diet. When I tell you the discipline it takes is something I struggle with every day. Its a Friday night I am at home writing putting my feeling on here. Before this prep I would be out to dinner and then cocktails. Needless to say I have made a choice.

Definitely learned a lot during journey more about my body and what it is able to do.
How has this bikini prep changed your life good or bad?
I would love to have input from you guys I’m learning what to do what not to do what works on my body and what doesn’t.
