Welcome to a day in my life vlog!
So first thing we wake up and make some coffee have breakfast take the kids to school and right away head to the gym.

Join me as I take you through my morning routine, starting with waking up and hitting the gym for an energizing workout session. π
First up, I’ll be tackling cardio on the spin bike to get my heart pumping and the endorphins flowing. π΄ββοΈ Then, it’s off to the treadmill for a dynamic running session to push my limits and break a sweat. πββοΈ
After cardio, it’s time to hit the weights for some strength training! Get ready to see me crush hip thrusts, step up lunges, and squats to sculpt those muscles and build strength. πͺ
But the journey doesn’t end there! After an intense workout, I’ll be treating myself to a delicious and nutritious post-workout recovery smoothie to refuel my body. π₯€ And to soothe those tired muscles, I’ll be indulging in a relaxing bath soak to relieve any soreness and rejuvenate my body and mind. π
For my bath soak I use doctor teals, itβs comes in clutch when it comes to relieving Doms.
